Our Operations
- Saguaro established a large strategic land position in the NE BC Montney, a world class oil and gas play with leading supply costs and economics
- 50% non-operated working interest in 165 contiguous sections (114,094 gross acres) with Tourmaline as 50% operating partner
- Liquids-rich stacked potential
- Over-pressured with good permeability
- Shallow depth (1,400-1,900 m) reduces drilling cost and improves economics
- Significant long-term upside potential with a large inventory of 1,400+ liquids-rich Montney drilling locations
- Executing a 17 well joint drilling program over a 12 month period (April 2021 to March 2022)
- Capital is allocated to low risk development and is expected to create significant production growth and cash flow
- Development program is designed to rapidly grow production to fully utilize Saguaro’s and JV partner’s existing infrastructure while maximizing operational cost efficiencies
- Following the completion of the 17 well development program, approximately 8 to 9 wells are required annually to maintain production
- 50% non-operated working interest in infrastructure including:
- 140 MMcf/d compression and dehydration facility with amine and condensate stabilization capabilities
- 12″ gathering system sized to fully support future growth across existing land base
